The Red Bus Shop are committed to complying with the Data Protection Act 1998
and have published this guide to help you understand how and why the Red Bus
Shop collect information from you, to whom such information is disclosed and
what your rights are. You can access our Website home page and browse our
site without disclosing your personal data. However, when you register with
Red Bus Shop you will be asked to provide certain information about
yourself.
What information do we collect and how do we obtain it?
We receive information directly from you when you register with us. If you
register with us you will be asked to provide certain information such as your
name, address, details of your credit card (only if you are paying by credit
card), telephone number and email address so that we can process and fulfill
your order, notify you of your order status and inform you of special offers and
promotions.
How do we use your information?
We use the information that we collect about you to: Process your
orders Manage your account Administer this website. Monitor customer
traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop and improve the design and
layout of the site. Notify you about enhancement to our services, such as
changes to the website, new services and special offers that may be of
interest. If you have given us permission to send you information about our
products and services by telephone, text, e-mail or in writing, you agree that
by doing so the Red Bus Shop are not in breach of the Telecommunications (Data
Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999 or the Direct Marketing Association
(DMA) Code of Practice.
Billing
This purchase will appear on your statement as Red Bus
Shop.
The underlying transaction currency will be in GBP.
Red Bus SHop will not add any additional fees to your purchase if you
pay via any of the card type supported.
On completion of the transaction you will receive an email from our service
which will contain your invoice within a few minutes of placing the your order.
Please print & retain a hard copy of the transaction receipt that will be
sent to you via email.
Once the Red Bus Shop has received your purchase request we will
begin to process you order. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from
your card when we have accepted your order and it is ready to be shipped.
Email Enquiries
Red Bus Shop will respond to any enquiries to your order with 2 business
days.
UK except Northern Ireland:
All purchases will be sent via Royal Mail. Orders received before 12:00 on
items in stock will be dispatched the next day. Expect delivery within 1-3
working day of order. Charge dependant on item and weight. Please note
that while we do our best to ensure quick dispatch of your order, some hand made
items and special sizes can take up to 4 weeks. If you have registered your
e-mail address with Red Bus Shop we will notify you immediately.
EU: All purchases will
be sent Royal Mail. Orders received before 12:00 on items in stock will be
dispatched the next day. Expect delivery within 3-10 working days. Charge
dependant on item and weight.
Northern Ireland and Worldwide:International prices Based on Royal
Mail price list 2005. If you have registered you e-mail address with the Red
Bus Shop Web Site, you will automatically receive a notification of
dispatch.
Late/Lost Deliveries
In the unlikely event, that your delivery is late or not delivered. Please
contact us for your special delivery number so that you can trace it with your
local post office (we regret we are not allowed to do that for you). If the
delivery is lost we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days,
after which the Post Office classify the delivery as lost. Red Bus Shop
cannot be held responsible for the late arrival or loss of delivery.
Cancellations
If you should wish to cancel an order, you must do so in writing (via e-mail)
the same day to avoid charges. All cancellations after the day of purchase
may be subject to a credit card processing fee at cost. Cancellations
received after we have sent out the order will be subject to credit card
processing fee at cost, plus postage. You must also pay for the return of the
order in it's original condition via Royal Mail Special delivery. We cannot
accept returns without a return order number. You can obtain the number by
completing the form on the website. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability
for lost or damaged items.
Our returns Policy
We at the Red Bus Shop are passionate about our stock. If you
are not totally satisfied . We will refund or exchange items up to 7 days after
initial purchase. Please write to us via email with your order number. We
cannot except returns without this. We ask that the item (s) are returned in
their original packaged condition. Complete with name, address and proof of
purchase. Postage costs can not be refunded. Unfortunately we cannot accept
liability for lost or damaged items. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
We are sorry to inform you that there can be no refunds on earrings,
underwear for hygienic reasons.
